Constitution

When the College was incorporated in 1956 the Memorandum of Understanding and Articles of Association were drawn up. From time to time over the years changes or additions have been required. Any change to the Constitution requires a vote of Fellows and an Annual General Meeting/General Meeting.  Since then there have been amendments to the Constitution (March 2015, November 2016), and the current version was approved at the AGM in November 2017.
