The annual Call for Nominations Notice seeks nominations from Fellows and Trainees for College committees and is announced in Pathology Today in early June of each year with a closing date at the end of July.
The positions cover Board of Directors, Council, Board of Education and Assessment, Board of Professional Practice and Quality, Advisory Committees and Faculties. In addition the College will write to each current member who has completed a term (ie 2 years) to advise them of their status. Three consecutive terms of 2 years each may be served on committees (ie a maximum of 6 years). Small disciplines may be exempted from this rule to ensure that they have adequate coverage.
