All flight reservations confirmed through Spencer Travel will attract the following service fees:

• New Zealand and Asia Pacific - $55.00 AUD

3. Cancellations of hotel bookings received on or after Friday 18 August 2023 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
4. Travel Insurance is recommended.
5. Flight and Service Fees will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) using the currency exchange rate on the day of transaction. The hotel will be charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) using the currency exchange rate on the day of transaction.
