Using the discussion boards

The web site contains discussion boards.

The College reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting any materials which violate any applicable or relevant law.

Opinions expressed in the discussion boards

The opinions expressed in the discussion boards are those of the relevant individual and not the College. The College accepts no responsibility for them.

Disclosure and Use of Your Postings

Discussion board postings to this website are not confidential and the College shall not be liable for any use or disclosure thereof.

Links to third party web sites

Links to a third party site are provided for your convenience only. The College is not responsible for and makes no representations concerning the condition and content of the third party site. The link does not indicate, expressly or impliedly, that the College endorses the site. You access the site at your own risk.

You indemnify the College

The College relies on your continued observance of these terms and conditions. Your use of this website and any pages of information linked to this website owned by the College is conditional upon you agreeing to indemnify the College for any loss or damage or costs incurred in connection with any breach of these terms and conditions or any other legal obligation that may occur as a consequence of your use of this website.
