Clinical assessment. Diagnostic imaging and tissue biopsy of affected sites are required to make the diagnosis.

Antineutrophil cytoplasmic Ab, C-Reactive protein, Erythrocyte sedimentation rate, Full blood count, Creatinine, MCS urine.

Nasopharyngeal ulceration

 

Glomerulonephritis (GN)

 

Lung granulomas
